Are you in need of a workout pick-me-up?
Music makes such a difference for me while I’m exercising and today I’m sharing with you my latest workout playlist. I’ve been listening to this mix of songs since the beginning of summer. I first put it together for a spin class that I subbed (yes, I teach indoor cycling) and it was a huge hit. I've also been running with this playlist too and it's super motivating.
As you’ll see, I have a few favorite musicians these days. I hope you find at least one song that you like too to help keep you motivated while exercising, cleaning the house or whatever you need to accomplish.
I prefer "clean" music and I'm pretty sure all these songs fit the bill. (I'm not particularly gifted at understanding lyrics so I apologize if I missed something and led you astray.)
I’m also sharing my indoor cycle workout with you too. If you don’t teach yourself, think about using this workout on your own. Many gyms now have THESE (affiliate link) awesome personal spin bikes on the cardio floor. If so, jot this down and take it with you to the gym to try out.
