Last month I connected with some folks at King Arthur Flour. I've used KA flours off and on through the years in my baking, but wanted to learn more about what made them unique from say, the store brand I usually purchase. Well, let me just tell you that I am so impressed by this company. From their high quality (and consistent) products to the fact they are employee-owned. If you've never considered King Arthur, I'd encourage you to do so.
There are two other things that I love about KA. First, they offer a wide array of whole grain flours and baking products. The second thing I love is the resources they provide with their Whole Grain Baking cookbook and the free Baking Hotline. KA sent me their Whole Grain Baking cookbook last week and I've had a hard time putting it down (it's true). The book is full of knowledge on working with whole grains and producing all sorts of wonderful baked goods.
To celebrate National Nutrition Month FFP is giving away a King Arthur Flour prize pack (courtesy of King Arthur Flour) that includes the Whole Grain Baking cookbook, a 3 lb bag of whole wheat pastry flour (my personal favorite flour for baking), and a coupon for a free bag of flour in the grocery store. This is an awesome giveaway you don't want to miss, especially if you love to bake!
This contest will be open until Monday, March 18th at midnight and available to those living in the US. Good luck and enjoy some healthy baking this month!

I'd love to try some whole grain bread. I've only done white bread so far, but now that I have some experience, I'd like to make it a little healthier.
