Happy Saturday! I had a great time on Good Morning Jacksonville this morning. I loved this segment and the food ideas I included. These are things I do and eat regularly. I posted it and my smoothie recipe below so take a minute to check it out.

Jump Start Smoothie Recipe
1 cup Vita Coco coconut water
1 cup frozen berries
½ fresh orange, skin removed
1 stalk of celery (chopped up if needed for smooth blending)
1 cup fresh spinach
Directions
Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. You may add more coconut water if needed to blend thoroughly. Serve immediately.
Makes 2, 8 oz servings
