TV Appearance Tomorrow and 3 Days Left to Enter Give Away!

Happy Friday! I'm sorry it's been quiet on the blog front. I attended the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics Food and Nutrition Conference and Expo Saturday to Tuesday. It was a whirl wind event that was full of networking, learning, fun and not enough sleep. I'm still recovering and catching up. I have lots to share with you about my trip and plan to get to that soon.

Next week I am participating in a tofu recipe contest and am hoping to post two awesome recipes. Well, at least in my head they seem like awesome ideas. Make sure you subscribe to my blog so that you never miss a tasty recipe!

Lately, I've had several opportunities to review new products and give stuff away on FFP. I'm trying to space these posts out as I don't want to overwhelm you. I never want this blog to turn into one big advertisement but I do love telling you about cool new products, companies and events that I enjoy myself. ANOUNCEMENT TIME:

Tomorrow morning I will be live on Good Morning Jacksonville  at 8:20am to talk about foods you should be eating more of. I'm excited about this segment as I think the topic is really fun and certainly tasty! A word of disclosure - I will be talking about  products that are paid placements.
