Sports Nutrition Tips for Athletes of All Ages

Happy Wednesday everyone! 

Athletes come in all shapes, sizes and ages. Nutrition is crucial for an athletes sucess and performance. One of the main questions I'm asked is, what do I feed myself or my little athlete? 

This past weekend I talked about 3 key nutrients that all athletes need on Good Morning Jacksonville. It's nothing earth-shattering but it should be a good reminder. Check it out and let me know what are your power foods for athletic success.
