I have become an olive oil snob. Every since I went to Napa 2 year ago and tasted some of their amazing oils, I've never turned back. Really good olive oil, not only tastes amazing, it's great for your body.
But olive oils are not all created equal. And why are there so many different types? Is it worth paying a lot of money for it?
