As I alluded to in an early post, we have had some major life events/changes in the Braddock family over the past month. You all know about the new house, which is so wonderful, by the way.
The second big change is that Brian has taken his first head football coaching position at Mandarin High School. Ever since Brian and I started dating I knew he wanted to be a head coach. We've been waiting for the right opportunity and we are really excited to be Mustangs. Here's a picture of Brian from his announcement ceremony on Monday. Doesn't he look dashing?!
This new position brings on a lot of changes for us. If you have ever watched Friday Night Lights (which is one of our all time favorite TV shows) you have an idea of what being a football family is like. It has great triumphs and joys, some lows, and lots of sacrifice. Keep us in your prayers as we make the transition to Mandarin over the next month.
Our last, big life-changing piece of news is that Team Braddock is growing! We just confirmed today that Nugget #2 is perfectly developed with a strong heartbeat! Praise God. We are so excited. He/She will be coming to us on or around August 25th. Here's their first photo:
