My kitchen is my office. When I am home during the day, that's where I am. I do most of the work for my many roles from my much-loved, and very used, black bistro table in the "breakfast nook" of my tiny townhouse kitchen. It's really my inspiration nook as I write, dream, cook or chat from this special place.
This afternoon I have a few things cooking up. First is the homemade pizza sauce on the stove and the yeast proofing for whole wheat pizza dough. We are having some of our dear friends over tonight for a pizza party. I've had this hankering for making pizza dough all summer and I'm finally getting to make it happen (well, for the second time actually). What are your food plans for the weekend? Cooking up anything special or fun?
My second item cooking up is the opportunity to be a part of the Recipe Redux. You may have noticed the new button on the left hand side of the page. This is a really cool group of dietitian bloggers who are challenged each month to health-i-fy (my word) a recipe or food concept and post it to their blog on the 21st. That would be next week. So make sure you check in next week for my first Redux post. Have you health-i-fied any good recipes lately? I'd love to hear about it in the comments section.
Lastly, I'm preparing for my cooking class at Whole Foods Jacksonville next week. The topic is "Spices for Life" and my goal is to help you feel confident using some of the exotic spices you might be intimidated by.
Well, I hear my son on the monitor which means his nap time is over and so is my time of inspiration. I hope you have a wonderful weekend being active, cooking good food and being with those you love.

It's never too lately to meliorate your information and your listing has me.

Try to provide the recipes of nutritious food, because we would like to have nutritious food.
